Europe challenged by Islam immigration - Cologne Cathedral goes dark

American news media isn't reporting on the growing immigration crises in Europe. While the issue is now causing widespread riots in some European cities, the root cause of the immigration issue doesn't appear to be a topic of the conversation.

From my outsider observation, the issues are being segmented into European nations' "immigration" policies.

My opinion is different. I see this growing problem as an international issue, because the immigrants causing the strife are largely Muslims. These immigrants would likely not be desperately flooding to Europe, in mass, if they felt secure living in their Middle East home nations. Therefore, my conclusion is this- all nations of the world must fix what's wrong with the Middle East. Perhaps colonization of the Middle East governments, for a temporary period of time, is an interim solution. Since the current Middle East governments have resorted to tribal warfare, somebody must break this regressive cycle.

Otherwise, until Muslims feel safe in their own countries, they will continue to flood into Europe as asylum refugees.

Meanwhile, the European immigration crises, or "anti Islam" sentiment, keeps growing. It's only a matter of time until the violence creates a sentinel event.

BBCNews reports
Anti-Islam demonstrations in Germany 'getting bigger'

About 10,000 people have taken part in a march against "Islamisation of the West" in the east German city of Dresden.

A large counter-demonstration of more than 5,000 people was also held. No major incidents were reported.

Meanwhile, the Medieval  Cologne Cathedral went dark in the midst of the protests:

Germany's Cologne Cathedral to go dark in protest of anti-Islam demonstrations:  the famous German landmark switched off its lights Monday night, at the same time of an anti-Islam demonstration was expected to draw thousands.

The Cologne Cathedral, one of Germany's most famous landmarks, will switch off its lights Monday night in protest of an anti-Islam demonstration expected to draw thousands.

Meanwhile, the root of this growing problem is being shoved under the proverbial political rug.....fix the Middle East so the Muslims will rebuild their nations.
