Donald Trump's bad economic policy for people on fixed incomes

To aid his re-election, Donald Trump is courting disaster for older Americans on fixed incomes: Letter to the Editor in Cleveland.com
Donald Trump is at it again! Does he ever accept responsibility for any of his bad policies? As a recession approaches, he blames the Federal Reserve and forces them to lower interest rates. This will impact all middle-class Americans (including seniors) who have bank savings accounts and certificates of deposit. Many of these individuals supplement their meager retirement income with interest earned on their savings.
To insure his re-election, “Bankruptcy” Don is propping up a failing, inflated stock market. That failure is not caused by the Fed, but by the president’s ridiculous, inconsistent tariff policies. To insure their greedy profits, corporate executives increased their exposure in China and other countries that stole American jobs and technology. They should not be rewarded for their unpatriotic actions.
Trump will walk over seniors and average Americans to get re-elected. His “Make America Great Again” followers (including seniors) are being duped. Think, people! Today he hurts interest income; if he gets re-elected, he will destroy Social Security and Medicare. His lackeys are already planning it. After all, someone must pay for his deficits and corporate tax cuts - just don’t blame him.
