Trump is a Fascist waiting to take revenge on his political opponents: Wants Seal Team 6 to assassinate his enemies

Democratic ideals under threat with Republican right wing extremism: Echo opinion letter published in the Houston Chronicle in Texas:  

Regarding “Threat to democracy,” (January 7): The irony of it all❗😲😡 Every time a Republican says there is a threat to democracy, what they are really saying is that there is a threat to their staying in power. Republicans seem to want a one- or no-party country where they can dictate whatever benefits them. Republicans, especially Trump and his cronies, tend to accuse others (Democrats) of what they are already guilty of doing. For example, arguing that the 2020, election was stolen, while Trump and his cronies tried to steal the election. Trump seems to want to be a dictator forever, like the leaders of Russia, North Korea and China, and he would do anything to become one. He said if he becomes president he will become a dictator only “on day one,” which is not true.

Fascism is defined in the Merriam-Webster dictionary as a system of government where a dictator has complete control. It is identifiable by its authoritarian ultra-nationalism, forcible suppression of opposition, and strong regimentation of society and the economy. This is what Trump is after. I believe that the problem with some Republicans is they have heard Trump and his cronies lie so much that they choose to believe them as truths, even when they know they are lies. Then they repeat those lies to others.

The real and true threat to our democracy is Trump and the GOP. Trump cares for no one but himself and he will use anyone to obtain his goal, and then throw them to the curb. We must not, under any circumstance, allow Trump to become president ever again. If you want to lose your voice and rights as a citizen of this great country, then vote for Trump.
