Donald Trump picks a right wing extremist J.D. Vance to be loyal as his "President In Waiting"

‘I’m a Never Trump guy’: All of J.D. Vance’s Trump quotes that could come back to bite him.

Sen. J.D. Vance will officially join the right wing Trumpzi - Donald Trump on the Republican ticket this fall — but he didn’t always have kind words for his running mate.

In the year before Trump took the Oval Office, Vance, who once described himself as a “Never Trump guy,” was quick to criticize the former president, using words like “idiot” and even “Hitler” to describe Trump.

(Awwwww 😧😕😩😢) Since then, Vance said he regrets 😒😲 his past criticism of Trump 😒— especially during his contentious Republican Senate primary in 2021. The Ohio senator, who got Trump’s endorsement in the primary, has also since called Trump a great president. (Not so fast❗......polical ambition is an ego boosting elixir).

“I’m a Never Trump guy,” Vance said in an interview with Charlie Rose in 2016, while publicizing his memoir “Hillbilly Elegy.” “I never liked him.”

“As somebody who doesn’t like Trump, myself, I sort of — I understand where Trump’s voters come from,” Vance later said in the Rose interview. “But I also don’t like Trump himself, and that made me realize that maybe I’m not quite part of either world totally.”

During Vance’s Senate Republican primary in 2021, the interview clip was used regularly in ads from Club for Growth Action and USA Freedom Fund, who were backing another Republican candidate and aimed to show discord between Vance and Trump.
“My god, what an idiot.”

Also included in the ads from Club for Growth Action and USA Freedom Fund were some of Vance’s since-deleted tweets criticizing the former president.

“My god what an idiot,” Vance wrote in one of the tweets. It was one of many tweets now deleted.

“America’s Hitler”

Vance once questioned whether Trump could be “America’s Hitler” in a private Facebook message in 2016, to one of his former roommates.

It was that or a “cynical asshole like Nixon,” Vance wrote in messages to former Yale Law School classmate Josh McLaurin, now a Democratic state senator in Georgia.

It’s a statement Democrats highlighted after Trump was shot at during a rally on Saturday night. Soon after the attack, Vance was quick to post that the Biden campaign’s rhetoric “led directly to President Trump’s attempted assassination.” 

Vance added, “The central premise of the Biden campaign is that President Donald Trump is an authoritarian fascist who must be stopped at all costs.”

Democratic Rep. Eric Swalwell of California was quick to point out Vance’s old text messages on Sunday: “You called Trump “American Hitler” — now show your self back to the kids’ table,” he said on social media.  

It’s a statement the Democrats highlighted after Trump was inured by a shooter during a rally on Saturday night in Pennsylvania. Soon after the attack, Vance was quick to post that the Biden campaign’s rhetoric “led directly to President Trump’s attempted assassination.”

Humanitarian Hillary Clinton on the record

Partisanship aside, paaaaleeeze!

Let's take a look at Mrs. Hillary Clinton's many humanitarian accomplishments, outside of being scrutinized under the the magnifying glass in the public domain.

1. She's mother to Chelsea and grandmother to Charlotte.

• Arkansas Woman of the Year in 1983
• Arkansas Mother of the Year in 1984

2. Hillary Rodham is the daughter of an American Navy veteran.
3. Hillary Rodham was the first student commencement speaker at Wellesley College in 1969, and earned a J.D. from Yale Law School in 1973.
4. Miss Rodham married William Jefferson Clinton on October 11, 1975, at 930 California Street in Fayetteville, AK, the home where they lived while both taught law at the University of Arkansas.

5.  In 1977, Mrs. Clinton founded the Arkansas Advocates for Children and Families. This non-profit organization was founded to research, educate on and rethink children’s issues.
6. She became first lady of Arkansas in 1979, when her husband Bill Clinton's was elected governor in 1978. During her 12 years as first lady, Hillary continued to work as an attorney at Rose Law Firm. She gave birth to Chelsea Clinton in 1980.

7.  As Arkansas First Lady, some of her activities included chairing the Arkansas Educational Standards Committee, continuing work with Arkansas Advocates for Children and Families and serving on the boards of the Arkansas Children's Hospital Legal Services and the Children's Defense Fund. She was also a member of corporate board of directors for TCBY, Wal-Mart and Lafarge. From 1987 to 1991 she chaired the American Bar Association's Commission on Women in the Profession.

8. For new and working teachers, Mrs. Clinton fought for teacher raises and mandatory competency tests. She was behind the effort to develop the state’s first set of statewide curricular standards in the 1980s.

9.  She launched the "HIPPY" program- Home Instruction Program for Pre-school Youth.  This program was championed by Mrs. Clinton and sent teachers into the homes of underprivileged families to train parents in school preparedness and literacy. This program became a model for other states.  HIPPY was designed to bring families, organizations and communities together regardless of limited financial resources or educational barriers. Through the program, parents learned the importance of talking to and reading to their children. Today, there are currently 146 HIPPY sites in 25 states and Washington D.C. serving nearly 16,000 children.

10.  Books written by Mrs. Clinton:

• Living History (2004) - An autobiography of her life, including her life with Bill Clinton. 
• An Invitation To The White House : At Home With History (2000) - A photo-filled book of the White House during the Clinton Years.
• It Takes A Village (1996) - Hillary's take on raising children in the modern era. While it does naturally contain some of her political views, it's mostly about taking an active role in parenting, which either political party would agree with.

Americans know Mrs. Hillary Rodham Clinton and her family as well as any modern historical leader of our era. She has put herself out there for inspection during every challenge put in front of her, both real and including the muckraking contrived scandals.

Mrs. Clinton more than earned American and worldwide respect, as both a humanitarian and as a diplomat.
