Republican Attorney General Pam Bondi lied under oath when she told Congress there was no retribution plan against Trump

As a follow-up to the Trump administration’s indictment of former FBI Director James Comey for lying to Congress (“Ex-FBI Director James Comey indicted on charges of lying to Congress and obstruction,” Sept. 25), we should expect — and frankly demand — that the Attorney General Pam Bondi (aka "nurse Ratched" of the Department of Justice) be indicted on similar grounds.

Clearly, AG Bondi clearly committed perjury during her confirmation hearings before the U.S. Senate when she claimed that, under her watch, there would be no campaign of retribution against Donald Trump’s political opponents.

The bogus charges against Comey are only the latest of many abuses of power by the current Trump Republican administration and we can expect more of the same to come for all who oppose Trumpziism.
